- UL Listed, Certified ANSI A156.25-2006 Grade 1 (25 million cycles), and Certified to 90-minute Fire Rated Standards.
- Manufactured from 6063 T6 aluminum alloy with thermoplastic polyester self-lubricating bearings fro extended wear.
- Hinge leaves are Pair-Matched Numbered during manufacturing to assure smooth functioning, and are completely anodized after matching for additional wear resistance and architectural inventory appearance.
- Full-length gears and channel covers prevent tampering for added security. Templated screw hole patterns allow easy preparation for precise fit and interchange if required.
- Non-handed hinge design prevents installation mistakes, and keeps inventory to a minimum.
- Standard finishes available: CL - Aluminum / DU - Storefront Bronze.
- Standard Hinge lengths available: 83", 95", and 120" (with 120" generally available by special order).
