Return and Exchange Policy
We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship. Fulfillment mistakes that may be made which result in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return. Materials incorrectly ordered will not be accepted. Any returns received must be in "New" and "unused" (resell-able) condition. For refund or exchange to be accepted, all materials sent must be returned. Any returns may be deemed unfit for return on arrival back to the warehouse. If the return is in used condition or does not have a defect due to manufacturing, the refund will be denied. All exchanges must be placed within 30 days of the original order. Exchanges may only proceed when products are received back to Online Door Parts or their manufacturer. Online Door Parts reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges.
Warranty
No express warranty is provided by Online Door Parts for any items, except where required by law. Defective product due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship may be returned and will be refunded after manufacturer inspection verifies a defect. Online Door Parts does not cover defects or malfunction caused by misuse, abuse, improper installation/maintenance, failure to follow operating instructions, or use of products with equipment with which it is not intended to be used. Online Door Parts does not cover cosmetic or incidental damages. Online Door Parts does not cover damage caused by unauthorized alteration, modification, or repair of the product.

Out of Stock Product Policy
