Calibre LS 4000/5000 Series Deadlatch Locks
- LS-4000 - Deadlatch Lock
LS-5000 - Quick Change Deadlatch Lock - Cylinder backsets available: 1-1/8", and 31/32".
- Latchbolt has 1/2" throw, and is chrome plated with a Delrin insert for quiet latching.
- LS-5000 is field reversible for opposite hand.
- Locks use standard 1-5/32" Mortise Key or Thumbturn Cylinders with AR MS-Type cam.
- Deadlatch Lock provides key controlled dogging.
- Standard ST-5000 Strike included (US 26D finish).
Calibre Hardware General Features:
- Precision die cast A380 aluminum alloy is used for
aluminum hardware castings. - Quality, homogenized steel used for all steel stampings for
all locks, and security hardware product. - All machining is performed with state of the art equipment
for precision and uniformity throughout all phases of
production. - All painted surfaces are either baked enamel, or powder
coating (depending on the product) for durability and long
lasting finishes. - Quality Control and Assurance is maintained throughout all
phases of manufacturing, packaging, and periodically
checked prior to shipments leaving our distribution center.
